Sintered diamond segments for multi-blade gangsaw frames cutting marble and granite blocks. The metal bond is matched to the stone so the segment keeps exposing fresh diamond instead of glazing over, which holds the cutting rate steady through the whole block.

A softer bond built specifically for imported and Italian marble. Soft stone does not wear a hard bond enough to keep it sharp, so the segment stops cutting and starts polishing the block. These segments break down at the right rate to give a clean slab surface with less blade deflection and lower power draw.
| Stone types | Imported marble, Italian marble, soft natural stone |

| Segment design | Box / Trapezoid |
| Bond | Soft to medium-soft, matched to stone density |

Steel blades for gangsaw frames, supplied plain or ready-fitted with our segments. Blades are straightened and tensioned so slab thickness stays consistent from the first cut to the last, which is where block yield is won or lost.
| Application | Marble and granite block sawing on gangsaw frames |
|---|---|
| Supply options | Plain blade, or fitted with segments |
| Blade length | 4000 mm – 4400 mm. Custom sizes made to order. |
| Machine compatibility | All major gangsaw frames |
Our newest line, and the one we manufacture end to end: we make the sintered diamond beads on our own bead-making machine and assemble the rope in-house. That means we control bead quality and spacing rather than buying them in.
Beads are supplied on rubber, plastic or spring coating for quarrying, block dressing and slab cutting. Spacing and coating are chosen for the job: closer spacing and rubber coating for stationary slab work, wider spacing and spring coating for quarry benching and reinforced concrete.
| Wire diameter | 8.5 mm – 11.5 mm |
|---|---|
| Bead type | Sintered diamond beads |
| Bead diameter | 10 mm – 12 mm |
| Bead spacing | 14 mm – 20 mm |
| Coating | Rubber, plastic or spring |
| Machines | Multi-wire saws and single-wire machines |
| Applications | Quarrying, block dressing, slab cutting |
| Materials | Marble, granite, sandstone, limestone, reinforced concrete |

Send these four details and we can specify and price the tool in one reply.
Type and hardness — Indian or imported marble, granite, sandstone, concrete.
Gangsaw frame make and model, or the wire saw type and wheel diameter.
Segment dimensions, blade length, or wire diameter and bead spacing.
Pieces or metres per order, and how often you re-order.
Tell us three things: the stone you are cutting, the machine it runs on, and the feed rate you work at. Bond choice follows from those. A bond that is too hard glazes over and stops cutting; too soft and it wears away before the block is finished. If you are unsure, send us a photo of a used segment — the wear pattern usually tells us what is wrong.
Yes. The sizes shown are our standard range. Custom dimensions, segment designs and bond grades are made to order against your machine type and application.
That is the sensible way to buy a consumable. Run a trial quantity on one frame, measure your cutting rate and tool life against what you use now, and decide on the numbers rather than on a sales pitch.
There is no minimum. Order the quantity you actually need — whether that is a trial set for one frame or a full production run.
Around 7 to 9 days for standard sizes. Custom sizes and bond grades are made to order, so tell us your dates when you enquire and we will confirm before you commit.
Across India. We are not shipping overseas yet, though export is the next step for us — so if you are enquiring from outside India, do get in touch and we will tell you honestly where we stand.
Yes. We are a manufacturer, not a trader. Segments are pressed and sintered on our own machines, and our diamond wire saw rope is made end to end in-house — our own bead-making machine and our own assembly.
Tell us the stone and the machine. We will recommend it.
